My baby is 2months and 20 days old and is getting following kind of rash on neck from where a layer of skin is getting peel off.What is the reason behind getting such rashes on neck? is there something to worry what I can apply on it?

A. I think it can be because of water retaining at that place after bath. Try to clean and keep it dry as well as don't put any type of powder there. Apply some rash cream or kailas jeevan on that part it is very good ayurvedic medicine for skin
