Q.

My baby is 2months 12days .. she has started tracking objects.. she smiled seeing me or my family members however since last two days I m noticing that she tracks people but the smile is missing seeing me or my family members who stays with her .. instead she smiles by herself while playing and awake .. is it something to worry..

A. Babies do not produce their first full smile until they are approximately 2 months old. This type of smile is called a social smile because the baby uses it to interact with their caregivers. Social smiles develop around the same time as other emotional facial expressions.
