my baby is 29 days old. He has cough since the past 3 weeks and it does not seem to be going. I consulted the doctor in the 2nd week and he said the chest is not congested. should I again consult the doctor ?

A. if the justice clear then chances are very happy that the sound is coming from the respiratory tract but mainly in the throat and you can decrease it by giving saline drops and if it is still not improving then meet your doctor
