Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. regarding speech, Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age and by syllable comes by 9 to 10 months of age by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two or three words followed by jargon speech at 15 to 16 months, then the child will start saying simple sentences by two years of age, you have to make the child comfortable and do more interactions with the child. This will make the child learn to speak sentences in a proper way. If the speed of your child doesfh not comes by three years of age you need to, consult your doctor for a proper assessment for the child. In some cases. Speech therapy is required and will be helpful.
