my baby is 27days old...she vomits sometimes a lot...doc prescribed domstal baby...but i cant understand the dosage...baby is 3.560kg..what is the dosage.?

A. Hello, your baby girl is newborn just 27 days old and she is having vomitng after feeding her so you can give her 9 drops of domstal before milk and burp her properly
