my baby is 27 days old he grunts and squirms while picking up his legs on top and his whole face turns red he's not able to sleep he does this every 5 to 20 minutes while sleeping or sometimes feeding is this normal ?

A. this is normal for the baby and it is the the time when baby is passing the gas and it is difficult for the be initially there for babies making the sound and face
