Q.
my baby is 26 days old. Since weather has changed she is got cold and unable to breath properly, makes some noise from nose. i do use nasal drop. that works for a min and again the problem starts. please provide suggestions

anti cold medicines are not given without medical consultation
what you can give now is nasal saline drops which is salt water and can be given again and again to decrease nasal blockage as well as cough and cold
try to presvent temperature variations around the child and keep the child well covered.
can give indirect st aseam inhalation .
anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.
