🔴give Gond ki raab 2 glasses per day
🔴give boiled ajwain jaggery water empty stomach early morning and at 5pm 2 glasses per day
🔴give methi ke ladoo
🔴give moong dal only for 40days
🔴give more ghee... Cook her food in ghee
🔴tie her tummy using belly binding technique... Video on YouTube
🔴tell her to sit erect n feed the baby... Do not bend... Use a pillow to bring baby upto breast level
🔴give all greens n green veggies more
🔴garlic milk also boosts milk production
🔴methi rice is also good for new moms
🔴include jaggery n bajra in her diet
🔴use jowar n besan flour mix to bathe the mother... This improves the complexion of the mother and adds shine to her skin.
🔴most important of all is let her rest for 40 days.

🔴Give sek / hot compression to the back to avoid back ache issues
