Q.
My baby is 25 month old but doesn't speack at all apart from that every thing is good . Is it really bad and do I need to take him to the doctor. or wait for 2-3 month

I believe when you are saying every thing is good you are trying to say that your child is understanding every thing responding well reaching all the milestones on time then it there is no problem with the speed but still since it is 2 1/2 years one time there is no harm in getting it checked with the speech therapist or an ENT doctor
