My Baby is 25 days old He is crying what is the reason I can't understand daily I have done massage and exercise also for baby please suggest me what can I do why he is crying and how can I understand my baby

Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved byz medicine like colicaid /gastica drops. other reasons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
