Q.

my baby is 24 months old and I am having hypothyroidism and tested for my baby and reports are TSH-2.86mIU/L total TT4-7.92 microgram/dl total T3-1.99ng/dl can you please suggest whether thyroid disorder there for my baby or not ??

A. the babies report is totally normal and you know need to worry about but yes if you are having history of hypothyroidism- then you should have regular monitoring every 6 months for the baby

A. See you’ll have to check as per the referral range because you have not mentioned that so kindly check if the figures are within the referral range then it is not a problem but if it is higher or lower than the referral range then it is a problem so please consult the paediatric once
