Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. slightly overweight in such a case it needs to be checked once so you should contact your nearby doctor as you need to get clinical examination done for proper diagnosis and then only proper treatment suggestion can be given it will be better ,it is difficult to suggest without knowing thorough details.

It’s Very good weight at this age of a child is somewhere around 12 to 15 KG or 16 KG then that’s considered a very healthy weight gain so your child is on the upper side of the weight which is excellent so there is nothing that you need to worry about continue feeding the child in the same manner
