My baby is 24 days old and she is not gaining weight.She sleeps during breastfeeding only within 10 to 15 minutes. After how many hours shoild we feed the baby and for how long should I feed once ?

A. Dear mum, feeding pattern varies from baby to baby. Feed baby on demand that is whenever baby wants and how much baby wants. If baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then feeding is adequate.
