Q.

My baby is 23months old she doesn't eat food properly and now a days she is crying a lot for everything and not sleeping properly can anyone suggest what can be the reason for this kind of behavior and how we can improve her diet and sleep

A. baby is 23 month Kids are often fussy eaters try to add new flavours colours and textures to the diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet add dry fruits powder in the diet maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

A. Hi parent please don't force feed your child please avoid all packed food please give easily digestible home made food please decrease your child screen time and buy Babyhug educational toys
