Q.

my baby is 23 months old he speaks only few words like amma anna akka appa car etc almost 8-10 words but he understands everything and follows instruction is it speech delay whether I have to worry about this

A. You can wait till the age of 2 1/2 years and by that time also the child does not get to learn proper communication then you can consult a speech therapist but as of now we should try to communicate more and more with your child
