AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. This is due to sensitive skin. Apply coconut oil on face to get relief from rashes. Also make sure that u use good skin care products for ur baby. U can buy #Babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin. Take care
