My baby is 22 months old. She is peeing 3 to 4 times a day from past three days and she is as usual active and normal. Is there anything to worry?

A. baby is getting dehydrated as because of peeing less.. keep baby well hydrated.. give coconut water, butter milk, lassi lemonade.. apply coconut oil on the lower abdominal area and massage gently.. to ease passing motion..
