Q.
my baby is 21 months old ..she was on breastfeeding but since 10 days I have stopped feeding her..now she has constipation..she is not doing poop properly.. hole tak poop aata hai n wapas andar chala jata hai...I'm giving her fibre n milk...n she drinks water also...she gets irritated sometimes..n here its kinda rainy day.. what should I give her so that woh poop ache se kar le... please

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. constipation is a common problem where diet modification is very important encourage high fibre diet and lot of fluid intake avoid food kuwhich aggravates constipation medication is second option only
