Q.

my baby is 21 months old. his height is 81 cm and weight is 10kg. may I have to worry for his weight and height ....which schedule should I follow for him to gain his weight....what are the reasons for his height issue.

A. hi babies weight gain depends on their birth usually they gain triple their birth weight by the age of 12 months. and ideally 21 months old baby should have weight between 9 to 13 kg so don't worry your child weighs normal. height of child depends on their genetics so please don't take much Stress for this. because for a child ,it is more important to stay healthy and active then any other things. so please focus on healthy development of your child. offer homemade healthy food. provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
