Q.
my baby is 21 months old .He is having fever so doctor asked for urine test.In urine test other things are normal but aln is positive.Is it something serious.I am very much tensed please reply

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. do not worry it can be season change baby on touch can have warm soles and head. It s a normal and healthy thing.
Check temperature at armpit level and if above 99 fahrenheit then we treat fever in babies.
Can give drops paracetamol like calpol / T 98 / Sumol as per ba y weight . Can be repeated every 6 hours .
