priyanka aroraMom of a 10 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. you need to consult your doctor regarding this sometimes while baby zone teething they drool a lot and also you need to clean his cheeks or change properly otherwise it can cause rashes also and ask your doctor once regarding this otherwise sometimes babies do by themselves so so
