my baby is 21 month old yesterday day he had loose motion & at night he had continuous vomiting and from morning again he have loose motion & he is not eating anything which syrup should I give himis it because of gastric or teething

Vomiting and lose motions together can probably be associated with food poisoning and stomach infection teething does not lead to vomiting it lead to lose motion but not vomiting so it would be good for you to take an assistance with your doctor and proceed with your doctors advice itself
