My baby is 21 month old and eat so much cement…soil and paint and doctors told he has stomach worms..please suggest best syrup for him

U Ask your doctor only they will advise you the best supplement or medication that you will have to give as of now along with the dosage and the Repeatatio of the medication as to when do you have to go ahead with it so without proper consultation do not go for any medicine
