my baby is 20 months old. from 15 days onwards she is not eating anything. no breakfast no food nothing. she is rejecting everything. we tried different varieties of food but no use. she also lost her weight. she became very lean. plz help me ππ

If The issue has been for such a time then you should get a check with your paediatrician ones maybe your child is having some issue some difficulty or some discomfort which is why your child has completely given up on eating and drinking and this is leading to weight loss as well
