My Baby is 20 days old my milk is not sufficient for her. can I give her powder milk too.

you may give it.
but as mother's milk is best food for a child please stick to breastfeeding.
it works on demand and supply.
so please offer plenty of feeds, the more your child latches , the more milk is produced.
you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk for this.
although if it is not possible then you can offer formula only after consulting with your pediatrician.
