my baby is 20 days old. during birth weight is 2.650 , now it's weight is. 2.750.her weightbis not gaining why??

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. after birth there will be some weight loss and then baby will start gaining weight this is common ideally baby should gain around 500-800 g per month exclusively Breast feed recommended for six months
