My baby is 2 yrs ols from last four day she has fever n her stomach is very hard

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. It Maybe either due to stomach pain issue but that’s completely associated with the stomach of the child so in this case I can only advise you that you have to get a check with the paediatrician for proper medication
