Q.
My baby is 2 yrs old...he had a constipation problem for past 2 weeks...can I give castor oil to him? is it safe? any other solutions are there for this constipation problem pls suggest

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. Instead of castor oil you can add little desi ghee in warm milk to baby at bed time and castor oil can be applied in the navel and around it
