my baby is 2 yrs 9 months. his weight is 17kgs. is this overweight? I am worried about this.please give some food suggestions to control his weight

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom yes but the approximate you can check as per tbeir birth weight which triples by age of 1 and doubles by age of 5. prefer home cooked and natural foods , avoid packaged and refined and sugary foods
