my baby is 2 years old she fell down from bed it hurts on her direct head after 2 mint she vomit and crying

If Vomited and crying then as of now you can give to your child but do consult your doctor tomorrow because you do need to know I hope there is no internal injury and without proper check up we really cannot comment on it so it would be advisable for you to get it checked once
