ARCHANA KHANNAMom of a 2 yr 9 m old girl9 months agoA. As per our Paediatric, so much effort shouldn’t be put only on milk. If you are non-vegetarian, then give boiled egg and if you are vegetarian then pay attention on Curd, cheese, paneer / tofu - so that the babies protein and Calcium intake is in tact. You can even try out other milk options such as Almond milk or Soy milk etc.

Add Some health supplement to it like PediaSure or something which will change the face taste and flavour of the mail also you can give good amount of fruit milk shakes or fruit smoothies these are the options are to be given to the child on an every day basis
