as kids grow they gain their self-identity and have their own likes and dislikes,so it is common problem among them.
but at first ,stop to buy such things if possible for your whole family also.
set good example by following healthy eating habits.
try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
keep offering different dishes with different taste and different textures.
make food presentation attractive
for example
use carrot beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colourful.
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
but please don't force feed your child.
tell stories to your child which explains benefits of healthy eating.
