my baby is 2 years old he can walk Talk even eat very well but gets very angry on small things. He became aggressive from last 2 weeks.what may be the reason is the vitamin deficiency??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, in iron deficiency kids use to be very irritable.. but clinical examination is important to figure out. it is difficult to identity symptoms without examining. Get your child examined for any deficiencies.
