If you are giving more of daytime nap or your child is sleeping for 3 to 4 hours in the day this is the side-effect of that so you should avoid giving totally a daytime nap to the child and make your child sleep straight in the night and keep your child busy engaged and make your child tired so that your child learns to sleep by eight or 9 PM in the night
