My baby is 2 years n 4 month old he is. Having cough and cold due to which his body temp also increases What should I do and which fruit can be give him

You should consult the doctor give proper medicine for cold and cough and also if your child is having fever then you should check with the doctor why it is is it because of cold and cough or throat infection and accordingly they can suggest medicine and when it comes to fruits you can give whatever you want but only on room temperature
