Q.

My baby is 2 years and 6 months and pooping than usual. Normally he poops 1 or 2 times a day. Now he is pooping 4 to 5 times and it's not lose stool but I observed mucus in it. What I should do make him normal again. What is the cause of this. Please let me know. Thank you.
