Q.
my baby is 2 years and 2 months now he still breast feed how long should i continue him and if i have to quit how to do that pls suggest .

Ideally it is recommended upto 2 years.
It has to be gradual process.
Start decreasing the frequency of breastfeeds.
Give dinner which is filling for the baby.
Reduce day time feeds and gradually night feeds.
Start giving top milk in daytime and if needed in night time.
Make baby sleep with father for few days.
Apply a bandid on your nipples and act in front of your baby that you are hurt and can't feed.
