Q.
my baby is 2 years and 2 month. shetalkes 3 times meal but still she takes cow's milk 2 times a day. sometimes she ask for milk in the mid night also .. so which milk should I feed as to give cow's milk more is not good

no need to give milk at night ,on Long term ,it will make hard for you and your child to get Rid from this habit.
instead of it ,I would suggest to give heavy food items like sheera, rab etc at night time meal which will help to decrease night time waking frequency.
