my baby is 2 years 7 months old and every night she cry of stomach pain and I have done ultrasound today and the impression is have mild hepatomegaly with normal bililary and vascular pattern is it a serious problem can anyone define the problem

A. yes needs proper evaluation ok. There can be lot of individual variation in the problem sometimes there is need to do physical examination and if required for investigations also to come to the diagnosis and give appropriate advice ok
