my son 2 and half yrs old, every night he used to cry for having stomach pain untill morning, what may be the reason?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. unity see the kind of diet your offering to your child should not have mother containing product you should give high fibre diet and for digestion you can give aristozyme syrup as well as give plenty of liquids to your child for stomach ache you can give drotin syrup
