My baby is 2 years 6 months now... she has scaly lesions over the face and chest which soap is best for her skin

A. Hi I’ll advise you to consult a dermatologist after proper checkup ideal advise you with the right products that you should be using for the child because with any issue they just skin related you should always take a guidance for my expert in that area
