Q.

my baby is 2 year one month old he had fever since Tuesday now he is so sleepy and not interested in playing and eating....now he has cough what I do need any medical treatment

A. thankyou for your valuable suggestions I have one more doubt why he is not active he is not interested in playing he feel sleep all time

A. For cold you can give syp allegra 5 ml twice daily to the child. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)give nasal saline drops every three hourly For fever and pain give paracetamol Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. Give warm water to drink. . For wet coughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the child

Q. My baby is 4 years old. Since Tuesday noon he is not eating properly and he feels very sleepy and weakness. On Tuesday he vomited twice after that he didn't vomit but he has a stomach ache and he is not eating anything. He is getting hungry but he does not like to eat. I have given him medicine prescribed by the pedestrian but still he is not eating properly and sleeps a lot.
