my baby is 2 year old he like to eat raw tomato. he eat 1 tomato everyday .I removed the seeds then give him to eat.it is good for health or not

Rachel DeepthiMom of a 6 yr 2 m old girl5 years agoA. Dear mom. its absolutely good for the chil to eat Tomato with seeds. it has goodness of lycopene and vit c which is beneficial for the child. tomato can also be taken in juice or soup form.

Tomatoes contains key carotenoid. It also helps in maintaining the body strength and reduce the blood glucose. This is good let him continue. Stay home stay safe
