Hello mom The child should now be almost be used to regular foods that are been made at home for the family there is no more baby foods or special foods required for them try to change the form of the food at times you can give them stuff paranthas or vegetable purée mixed in dough to make colourful puris ,rotis etc the same can be done with the rice to make it more flavourful and colourful ,healthy sandwiches can be made dry fruits and nuts can be incorporated into his meals, fruits and vegetables of various variety can be given as well dals ,Chana ,Rajma ,whole grain cereals would be helpful milk ,Paneer ,ghee also
