My baby is 2 weeks old and he is in NICU. I have to breast pump and send milk to him everyday. But my milk supply is so less, can you please suggest me how to increase milk supply??

A. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet to increase breastmilk supply. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Eat healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
