Q.

my baby is 2 months premature baby. he was on 50 ml feeding for every 2 hrs but now he is taking only 20 ml feed. why his quantity has been reduced?

A. due to gas babies feed less. During first two months you should maintain a gap of two hours between two feedings. But after completing two months it is advisable to feed your baby only on demand and do not give any forceful feeding on particular timings The feeding should be done atleast 10 minutes.

A. Changes in the taste of breast milk — triggered by the food you eat, medication, your period or getting pregnant again — also can trigger a breastfeeding strike. Reduced milk supply. Supplementing with formula or using a pacifier too much might reduce your milk supply.
