Q.

my baby is 2 months old ....my breastmilk is very thin watery kind ....is that sufficient for her ...and how to thicken my milk m...please let me know...

A. dear parent, the consistency of breast milk is best suited for your baby. nothing should be done to the breast milk. initially the milk that comes is thin and has more water content to fulfill baby's hydration requirements. after that the hindmilk comes which is rich in fat. so, at one episode of breastfeeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk.
