my baby is 2 months old .. is wrinkle lines under baby eye is normal?

I guess So because obviously the body is becoming you know big slowly gradually things are going to settle down over the period but if you think that the wrinkles are too much for you to understand then you should take a consultation with your paediatrician to be more clear about it
