Q.

my baby is 2 months old.Her PDA is still open..any idea till when we should wait for its closure.

A. its treatment is medical , Cath lab or surgery procedure. very small pda might close on itsown. so its best to follow up with your doctor for appropriate plan

A. It usually closes within a couple of days after delivery. certain medicines help in closure can take longer in few babies consult Paediatrician

A. Check with ur paedatrician Bec it may close on its own or only after 6 month they can undergo surgery and doctor will suggest furosemide or furoped syrup as an antibiotic fir baby .make sure baby eats healthy food avoid cold foods or anyone having infection of cold .Make sure to keep them away from cold and dust
