A. Please do not delay in treatment, device closure is the best to close PDA . If weight of yoyr daughter is required enough (according to doctor) then do it as soon as possible. My daughter had PDA, her surgury has done in june 2020. Doctor told us to increse her weight to perform Device closure and she was not gaining weight. Due to this delay PDA affected her heart and she also got a heart valve leakage. Thats why immidiate surgury has to be done. They have done surgury because of leakage, othervise device closure is the best option.
